1. Booking & Payment
Booking your pet’s stay is easy! Simply reach out via the booking form here. and complete a registration form here Payment details, including cancellation terms, will be clearly outlined on your invoice. Full payment is required 1 week before arrival.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
We understand plans can change! Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a partial 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable.
3. Health & Vaccination
For everyone’s safety, all pets must be up to date on vaccinations. Please inform me of any medical conditions or special needs in advance. If a pet falls ill, we will contact you immediately and seek veterinary care if necessary (costs covered by the owner).
4. Safety & Behavior
Your pet’s well-being is my priority! I only accept pets that are friendly, well-socialized, and comfortable in a home environment. If a pet displays aggressive or destructive behavior, I may need to arrange for early pickup at the owner’s expense.
5. Emergency & Veterinary Care
If your pet requires emergency care, I will take them to the nearest trusted vet. Owners are responsible for all veterinary costs. Please provide an emergency contact in case I need to reach you.
6. Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Drop-offs and pick-ups are available by appointment only. Please arrive on time, as late pick-ups may incur a fee. Bring any necessary items, such as food, medications, and a leash.
7. Liability
While I take every precaution to keep pets safe and happy, I cannot be held responsible for unforeseen incidents, including minor injuries or illnesses. Owners assume responsibility for their pet’s behavior.
8. Photos & Updates
I love sharing updates! If you’d like photo updates during your pet’s stay, just let me know. Occasionally, we share adorable pet moments on social media—if you’d prefer your pet not to be featured, simply opt-out otherwise you can follow here.
